Scene shop interns will work with both our technical director and props master in all aspects of technical productions including but not limited to: carpentry, crafting, painting, sewing, focusing lights, finding props, and running shows. Qualified individuals should be able to work long hours. During touring, load-in occurs early in the morning and the shows perform late at night with strike to follow.

Interns must be able to: lift at least 50 lbs, have basic knowledge of scenic carpentry, correct use of power tools (table saw, compound miter saw, etc.), proper use of safety equipment, knowledge of scenic painting is a plus. Applicants for this position must be eager and willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
