For more than 30 years Mark has been a successful entrepreneur, marketer, and educator. In 1990, the USSR’s Deputy Minister of Higher Education brought Mark to teach free-market business principles to leaders of the president’s cabinet, got him to be the first foreigner to address the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine and provide intensive lectures to civic leaders on a 17 city speaking tour.

He was the Entrepreneur in Residence at Utah Valley University and often teaches entrepreneur classes.

He’s authored 18 books on business, short stories, poems, and full-length musicals.

He has served the Church in numerous capacities including bishoprics in California, BYU and Ohio. His adventures as a Primary teacher and chorister are in his story, “My Primary Colors are Black and Blue.” He and Elizabeth live in Spanish Fork, Ut and have 7 children and 24 grandchildren.
