Lucas is a current Technical Production MFA candidate at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. He most recently served as the Technical Director for the Kenan Theatre Company at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, supervising undergraduate students. He has built sets for shows such as John Proctor is the Villain and Into The Woods. He has also worked as a carpenter at theaters in Tennessee and Arkansas. Lucas has a BA in Theatre from Lee University.
