The pianist Ubaldo Fabbri who gained a diploma in pianoforte at the "Conservatorio G.Rossini Rossini", Pesaro, Italy, in 1978 under the guide of Master Riccardo Risaliti, then continued in humanistic Studies in the faculty of Modern Literature at the University of Urbino, works mainly in melodramatic and musical organisation.

From 1986 to 2001 he is the collaborator of the Rossini Opera Festival and the Accademia Rossiniana of Pesaro, working and studying alongside some of the greatest operatic interpreters.

During the same period he works with Ferrara Musica ("The Barber of Sevilles" by Rossini directed by C. Abbado), with Festival delle Nazioni Città di Castello (operas of Cimarosa directed by A. Zedda) and with New York City Opera (2012) ("La Traviata" by Verdi directed by Steven White)

He is also the official pianist of many lyrical competitions, one of which being the V° Concorso Nazionale Maria Callas - Nuove voci per Verdi, organized by "Rai" (Italian television company) and the Verdi Foundation Festival (2000).

In 1987 he publicized the Piccola Sonata for violin and pianoforte by Lorenzo Perosi. Whilst being constantly involved with many different singers and the musical organisation of many concerts.

In 1989 he partakes as a pianist in the realization of a documentary for an Hungarian TV of a documentary on and with Luciano Pavarotti.

Since 2000 he is regularly invited to coach singers in the best Schoolls of the United States and others states where he holds Master classes in Belcanto and Italian diction (Manhattan School of Music, Julliard School, National Association of the Teachers of Singing, Mannes College of Music of New York; Curtis Institute of Philadelphia; Buffalo University, NY; University of Wisconsin Whitewater and Madison, Illinois, USA; Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA; De Paul University, Chicago, USA; Butler University Indianapolis, Indiana; National Association of the Teachers of Singing, Indiana; Trinity College of Music, London, The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Glasgow, Canterbury Christ Church University, UK; Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, Hogeschool Gent Conservatorium, Belgium; Zespół Szkół Muzycznych Im, Feliksa Nowowiejskiego W Szczecin, Poland; Castello di Galeazza, Bologna Italia). In 2003 he holds a course at, and in 2004 in Tokyo.

From 1999 to 2009 is the president of the Cappella Musicale Santa Lucia in S. Giovanni in Marignano with which he regularly organizes very successful musical revues and courses for operatic singers (including Luciana Serra, William Matteuzzi, Evghenia Dundekova and Wilma Vernocchi) who have joined highly considered project in the Romagna and Marche regions.

From 1988 to 2003 he collaborates with the "Centro Studi Italiani Opera Festival" of Urbania and is responsible of the coachers of the courses held for foreign students. From 2002 to 2004 he is "Maestro di spartito e dizione" at the Accademia del Teatro Città di Cagli" where he also holds the course La lirica da camera: banco di prova per Dizione, Fraseggio ed Espressività.

He is musical accompanist al the Pianoforte at the Conservatorio "G. Rossini" of Pesaro, where he is lecturer of various experimental courses of the II level, among which "La dizione italiana nel canto: regole e applicazioni".

He has been on tour in Mexico (City of Mexico and Guadalajara) and in Tokyo, Japan. In 2004 he founded Voci nel Montefeltro – Accademia Lirica di Fonetica e Dizione italiana per il Belcanto – Montefeltro Festival of which he is artistic director, and where he has been able to pour into his work all his acquired experience, as a teacher, artist and his capacity in organisation.
