Renee Suprenant is a Scenic Designer, Technical Director, and Scenic Artist living in Lansing, Michigan. She has received her BFA in Theatre Design from the University of Rhode Island and her MFA in Production Design from Michigan State University. She has been the Technical Director at MSU's Summer Circle Theatre for two years, and has been painting and designing in Rhode Island and Michigan since 2005. Renee has also worked extensively in the scene shop of the Cape Playhouse in Dennis, MA, one of America's oldest summer theater companies. She is very excited to spend her first summer here in Emilia-Romagna with La Musica Lirica.
